Talentpalooza is a day to bring the TA and HR community together to celebrate, provoke, inspire and energise ourselves for the year ahead.

The buzz is already building, with a number of teams booking their early bird tickets and many currently getting their business case through.

We set about to create an event that is strong on content, not compromising on bringing amazing stories of those that have created new ways of approaching our work, achieved change and pushed our industry forward.

Each year this event builds as the must-attend event, a place where entire teams can join their community to learn and have fun.

Our theme - The Artists

Exploring talent as an art form.

The people in talent who create new and experimental ideas and methods - the avant-garde to the Modern - where the traditions of the past have been thrown aside in a spirit of experimentation. The new ways to approach how we recruit and work with our people.

We will look at the Romantics with their emphasis on emotion and individualism. Or maybe the Realists sought to portray real people and situations with truth and accuracy and not avoid the unpleasant side of life. The modern EVP.

And let's not forget those who blended art with science, like da Vinci, who was active as a painter, draughtsman, engineer, scientist, theorist, sculptor, and architect. The rise of talent intelligence and people analytics.

In much of the world today, an artist is considered to be a person with the talent and the skills to conceptualise and make creative works. Their artworks can take many forms and fit into numerous categories, such as architecture, painting, ceramics, and digital art. We find many of us are combining many roles in a modern talent team - the sourcer, the employer brand manager, and employee experience, to name a few.

Of greater importance, artists are the individuals who have the desire and ability to envision, design, and fabricate the images, objects, and structures we all encounter, use, occupy and enjoy every day of our lives.
