Andrea has significant experience in Talent and HR in Australia and the UK. She has led recruitment teams, implemented numerous recruitment systems and worked on projects in employment branding, scale-up volume recruitment and process improvement across retail, legal, consulting and corporate functions.

Talent Table was developed from her passion for connecting people, to create a community of peers that allow each other to be the best they can be. Great friendships have formed since we first held events back in 2017 and she is excited to be taking it one step further and bringing together a community in our region.

Michelle is the brains trust for the systems and processes behind Talent Table™ She has been instrumental to our success over the past three years and is often the first point of contact for Delegates and Vendors.
