How to HR, L&D and TA work together to deliver the future of work?

In partnership with GoodHabitz

This forum will be a dynamic discussion on how HR can enhance learning and work for their people! The world of work is undergoing a profound transformation, shaped by a changing world and the upcoming revolution of human-machine collaboration. Just as organisations were adapting to new norms like hybrid work and digitalisation, Generative AI (Gen AI) emerged, altering how we work, but the work experience itself. Giving HR teams even more to think about!

One universal truth has emerged: to unlock the potential of this new era, we must keep people at the centre of our transformation and learning efforts.

Our special guest, Reanna Browne, a futurist and founder of Work Futures, will guide us in exploring these transformative changes. With her expertise in strategic foresight and organisational development, she will lead a discussion on how HR can navigate these challenges and add value to both organisations and individuals.

Integrating these changes into our strategies is essential as we prepare for the future of work.

  • Are you ready to rise to the challenge?
  • How will you ensure your workforce is prepared for the future's skill demands?
  • Is your reskilling program adapting effectively to leverage new technologies and innovative learning approaches? Do you have one?
  • And what should we be planning for?

Join us as we shape the future workplace, where innovation, people, and technology converge for success.

These events are for senior HRD, Learning, Talent and TA leaders, please understand that we will be inviting senior leaders to our Table.

What’s to come in an AI-enabled future in HR, Talent and Learning

In Partnership with HowToo and GoFigr

Join us for a Talent Leaders Forum on how AI is reshaping work. According to the World Economic Forum, 23% of jobs will change in the next five years due to AI and technology like text, image, and voice processing.

HR and learning professionals face challenges in preparing the workforce for the future of work. However, this presents an opportunity to create more adaptable and people-friendly workplaces.

Our round table discussion, facilitated by
Reanna Browne will focus on how we begin to address the challenges coming down the pipeline.  Reanna is an academically trained and practicing futurist, and founder of Work Futures with a decade of experience in workforce planning. She will lead a discussion on how we ‘unlearn the future’ and get practical about the future right now! Reanna is recognised as one of the ‘World’s Top Female Futurists’ by fellow practitioners.

In partnership with HowToo and GoFigr, we will tackle essential questions like:

  • How can HR and learning leaders help people develop the right skills for working with AI and tech?
  • How do we ensure our teams are ready for these significant changes?
  • What's the plan for the future of work in the age of AI?

And to add to our knowledge, we will hear from some of Australia’s leading data and AI experts.

In Melbourne

Our special guest is Antony Ugoni, Chief Data Officer at HCF, blending Data Science with organizational strategy and consumer needs. Antony will explore the evolution of data, emphasizing the importance of applying a human perspective to AI and machine learning.

We'll discuss challenges and opportunities for HR and learning professionals, including preparing the workforce for the future and making workplaces more adaptable and people-friendly. Join us to shape the future workplace where innovation, people, and tech converge for success.
