I am a Corporate Recruiter with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Tech, Consulting, and Market Research. My expertise spans local markets, APAC, and global recruiting. I have successfully managed and built large teams from the ground up, but my current interest lies in a Senior Individual Contributor or Lead role within a small team. My passion is providing an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and businesses.
Given that it takes me 1.5 hours to commute to the city, I prefer remote work but am happy to be in the office when necessary to ensure efficient use of my time. My leadership style is data-driven and collaborative, focused on aligning company metrics with talent acquisition goals.
