We are borrowing from the 70’s and looking at all the ways we can make the people in our organisations feel groovy!
The 1970s are famous for bell-bottoms and the rise of disco, but it was also an era of economic struggle, cultural change and technological innovation. Feminism was making headway and new ideas were coming out every day! We strongly encourage all delegates to come in 1970’s fancy dress.
2021 is another year where we face great change. We are finding new ways to work, ensure our people’s mental health and facing cultural change in our organisations. We are still looking at diversity, equity and inclusion and digitising HR. With the rise of AI and analytics, our function is looking at more innovation.
