How to write a Tech Business Case_Melbourne

TA teams like yours are facing “peak expectation”, despite having smaller teams and higher application volumes, candidates are rightly expecting to be kept informed and managed empathetically.  Your leadership team might be asking TA to take on new responsibilities.  It’s never been tougher to do a great job. Your HRIS suite or legacy recruiting tech might be “okay” but given the scale of the challenge, is okay good enough? To “level up” you know you need access to modern tools and specialist advice. Where to begin? Easy, with a business case.

In this is a practical workshop, we’ll guide you through the process.  Starting with the end in mind and in small group workshop-style format, you’ll start by analysing sample recruitment data and learn how to articulate clear business problems, you’ll design a tech stack after researching the alternative solutions. Finally, we’ll bring it together by completing a simple business case template that demands attention and offers a workable path to solve the problems you identified.

Please come prepared to work as a team, share your experiences, talk through current challenges and brainstorm solutions..

Scott Allan, Director @ Talent Tech Solutions will manage the Tech Business Case Workshop and provide a fresh insight into how best to prepare for success when looking for the optimum function and capability from your HR Tech Stack.  He will take us through how he works with organisations to transform how they compete to attract, engage and hire top talent.

A background in recruitment paved the way for Scott to explore his interest in how teams could utilise technology to improve experience, efficiency and hiring outcomes.

With over 10 years of experience as a Talent Technology specialist, Scott has led complex implementation projects in all industry sectors and across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Incorporating project management, consulting and implementation best practices, Talent Tech Solutions partner with clients to seamlessly achieve project objectives and realise ROI.
