COVID-19 has changed the way we work (maybe forever).  Organsiations have been forced to become more flexible, collaborative, and people-focused.  The recruiting landscape has also been sharply impacted.  Recruiting today looks remarkably different from pre-COVID times.  For many, virtual recruiting is now the norm, similarly with virtual onboarding and remote working.

So what does the future of recruiting look like when the candidate pools have shrunk due to negative population growth and incredibly long and complex migration processes for the chosen few? 

How do you maximise opportunities when Internal mobility, up-skilling programs and diversity and inclusion are being given a greater focus within businesses, despite being overdue?  How do you develop a strong and competitive employer brand in a crowded market?
